annoying and very poor customer service!
I placed an order online and drove an hour to pickup a.part from this location because my local store didnt have it available. They sold me a used returned part that was missing pieces, greasy, dirty yet it was taped shut with a lable.. When I got home I opened the box.and it was very obvious that someone just put their old part in box and returned it. I tried to called the store for over 40 minutes and couldnt get anyone to answer. This store have bad service no one going there next door have auto zone that man haven best service
Has a lot of parts as this is their warehouse store but they are slow most of the time and it can take up to 10 mins most times to get someone to answer phone after being out on hold. Go to the one on Cobb parkway if you can or other there pick up here.
