My father came into your North St. store today to drop off his used oil. The tanks were full. It was the second location he had gone to so he asked the store associate (older man working morning of 8/31), if he had the ability to contact any other stores to see if their tanks were full, so he would know where could take his oil. The associate was unnecessarily rude and asked my father, “Don’t you have a phone?”, to imply he can call himself because he certainly wasn’t going to help him. They didn't have what I wanted, actually nobody did. But the guy told me where I could take my vehicle and get it fixed. I feel he went beyond the call of duty. Very pleased.
