I had a battery scan a couple weeks ago and it said I had 50% battery life. The employee offered to replace it, but there was no sense in urgency, that it could be something else. Two weeks later, after getting stranded in the cold, on the other side of the city, it turned out to be just that - the battery. Definitely will not be using this service again.
