RecommendedMy car battery died on me and Mike and Gary helped me at the West allis location location. They verified my battery was no longer rechargeable and found me a new one and one that worked with my budget! Mike offered to carry the battery to my friends car. The service really goes above and beyond.

Do not shop at this store! My daughter went in to purchase a part and was told by employees she had the right part, which turned out wrong. Will not exchange or let her return. She’s not a mechanic and had no idea and obviously the employees don’t know much either. Stay away from all advanced autos. I will be posting this on many different social media outlets.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Samantha the manager on duty is a woman that knows nothing about auto parts and WILL SELL YOU THE WRONG PART AND WILL NOT RETURN IT DESPITE IT BEING HER FAULT. Shittiest customer service ever!
