Nice nd fast
I was told so many different stories by the employees about simply exchanging my battery through warranty. They couldn’t find my battery under my phone number. Also they didn’t tell me if my battery just needed to be charged or replaced. Had to go back in forth about 4 times. Mind you I had back surgery and it really took a toll on me. Never dealt with this at auto zone.
I like this auto parts store the best for ordering auto parts availability. Also for accurate reading if codes. Also the counter personal have sufficient knowledge to look up the proper items needed. Another thing that's impressive to me is if they don't have a stock item they will contact another one of their area store availability. Confirmation is made and you can pay for this item before going to the other store and go in as a pick only customer quick service.
