Helpful Staff This is where we go to get parts for our car and oil change materials. They always have a great selection in stock and the staff are very helpful. I had an electical problem on my van not too long ago and the staff were very helpful in hooking up my van to see what code pulled up. They are my only choice for local auto parts.
Knowledgeable guys, great parts but some lousy policies The guys are always great at diagnosing and helping me find whatever part I need for my car. Many in stock and if not they are able to order it and have the part in the store for me in 2 days flat! BUT their computer system is lacking and often does not keep track of your lifetime warranty items-so beware and HOLD ON TO YOUR RECEIPT!!
Nice to know they are there when I need them! Whenever we need a part or just need to do some auto maintenance-nice to know these guys are always there! Always willing to help with finding a part or diagnosing a problem! They are kind and never condescending! Thanks guys!
