I went in today bc my battery was dead. I purchased this battery in Oct and had a warrenty. I went to the location on 33 west bc it was the closest to my house. I walked in and there were 2 employees leaning against the counter. The older lady asked how they could help me, I replied I need a battery check. She looked like that was an inconvenience, looked at the clock and said well, that might be a while. I had my 3 yo in the car so I asked "how long is a while?" She told me an HOUR! I'll never go back there again!!! the employee are not very knowledgeable about cars.
Today I went to the store to see if they can look at my car battery and the lady at the store she the manager and her name is Mary. Any way she told me that I need to cut the car off so she can check it & I told her if I cut it off, I can't start car back up and will she jump my car back up??? Unfortunally we cut off the car for her and couldn't start the car back & I asked the manager do she have jumper cable to help me restart my car? She reply NO. What's kind business or manager is it.
