do not shop this store , purchased a $217 battery after taxes from this place , a young man maybe 19 hooked it up backwards while installing it ,blew out a number of my electronics , before I could get back to store ( I had no car to use) they fired the kid for similar mistakes , the manager agreed the kid was a mess and that's why he was fired , mgr instructed me to have car towed and troubleshot and repaired , then "CORPORATE" got involved and now my 94 year old mom who's on the title and I have a 3700 lb paperweight in ou... read more

The very friendly and helpful lady at the counter sold me the brake pads listed as an "exact fit". Took them home, didn't fit. Brought them back, paid $4 more for the other "exact fit" for the same brake pads, only shorter. Then I found out they didn't come with the hardware the other "exact fit" pads, same style, same brand, cheaper, came with. Returned them and went to another alto parts store (there's at least 3 within a 3 mile radius) and paid less. Took me longer to get the right pads than it did to change my brakes. Th... read more
