When I stopped in a week or two ago to rent a tool, I stood behind a gentleman at the register while two employees toiled around for twenty minutes with trivial tasks. Finally, one of them came up and helped me. Tried to stop in to return said rented tool last night. Was stopped by a guy at thr door saying they close at 8. When I pointed out that it was 7:55 the guy told me the other associate had "shut down the machine" and immediately followed it with a "what do you want me to do?"
