I have been waiting since 10am for headlights..You sold me the wrong ones and now delivered the wrong ones..(commercial account) Its now 2:30pm and still don't have the correct headlights..If the bumper wasn't off my car and your driver didn't have my bulb I would drive to Auto Zone. Very poor customer service for commercial accounts.
If Advance Auto Parts in McCalla doesn't want to allow access to an outlet for a Christmas tree lighting concert for our small community because they "can't be involved with religion" then they don't need my business. Our small town sticks together on things like this so I'm not the only one who won't step foot in your door again. I guess the upside is you've angered a small town but you've given that ONE person who objects what they wanted.
If you can't support your community then we may stop supporting you. Can you explain why?
