Store manager Chris went above and beyond in delivering great customer service, actually putting me first as an Advance Auto Parts customer. I had the type of experience that will keep me recommending the Advance Auto Parts location on Bell Hill Road in Bessemer, Alabama. Josiah was also friendly and efficient in the installation of my battery. Thanks to both of these gentlemen for seeing things from the customer's perspective.
They have such kind and helpful staff! I had a flat tire across the street and Ron came to help me change it, even bringing the jack from his own car. He went above and beyond and I wasn’t even a customer!
I called and asked if a part was in stock and the lady said "Sir, youll have to come look yourself. We dont know." Horrible service
