Dan was amazingly helpful and offered to check my battery for free, because I had needed AAA to come jump me 15 min. Earlier and they had suggested I buy a battery charger of my own to continue charging my battery and for the colder months, to help prevent my needing to call and wait for AAA every time it won’t start… but Dan thought that sounded a bit suspect and offered to check out IF the battery just needing to finish being charge was in fact the only thing I might need to worry about. DAN from Advanced Auto Parts Easthampton is AWESOME!! Truly, my father and I stopped in hoping someone could show us how to release the clasp on my windshield blades that we were struggling to release, Dan the man literally stopped in the middle of his break without hesitation and graciously helped us replace my blades. what a relief. Dan should be recognized for this kind act, seems small but it meant everything to us as we were out in the cold struggling to fix the problem.
