They sold me a special-order battery that turned out to be defective, and now they tell me they don't honor warranties on it. I called the supplier who shipped the battery to Advance Auto Parts, and they told me the battery *is* covered by a warranty and that I should speak with Advance Auto Parts; however, Advance Auto Parts is sticking to their position that, because it was a special order, the vehicle battery carries no warranty.
Excelente servicio en esta tienda! Fui por un problema con la batería de mi Toyota Corolla y la atención fue de primera. Quiero destacar especialmente a la manager JC. Ella me explicó detalladamente todas las opciones disponibles y me ayudó a elegir la que más se acomodaba a mi presupuesto y necesidades. Lo mejor de todo es que ella misma instaló la batería en mi auto de inmediato. Un servicio al cliente impecable, profesional y rápido. ¡Altamente recomendados!
