Horrible Customer Service. Totally pissed off - they took zero ownership on a battery with a 3 year warranty only 3 months old. Low battery reading twice a day. They broke my battery cover tab and shrugged it off. Said it was too early to be dealing with my frustration. The frustration is the fact the battery is faulty. They asked me stupid questions. Aren't they the experts???

Jose was polite and willing to explain, answering all my questions, before installing the parts I bought on my car!
Abner is great! My Jeep died, I got a jump and drove it in to Advanced on Alton. Abner came right out and tested the battery, determined it was dead (as I thought), made suggestions on a new one and installed it for me. I was in and out in minutes and I couldn't be happier.
