Lauren was rude and more interested in getting off work in an hour than helping us purchase our part at 8 at night while my truck was broke down on the side of the road over a price matching technicality based on her misinterpretation of your stores policy. She also was uneducated in the part and took her own ignorance out on us. Not sure how someone that doesn’t know anything about auto parts or the business becomes a manager. When you need to talk to people that do more than just punch up your make and model in an old green screen, this is the shop go to. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciated the high quality paper towels in the bathroom to clean the grease off my hands.
Driving back home to Dallas from San Antonio, my alternator was DEAD and barely made it to the store! Justin was AMAZING at helping me out with getting my car back up and running! Thank you so much Justin! You really saved our lives today! I wish I lived here and this was my auto parts store!
These guys have always set me straight with any issues! Went to a different store to save my self some time and ended up driving back to turn in the WRONG battery! Yes they gave me the wrong one. Always come here because they care for there customers!!
