Called in asking if any wheel lock keys were in stock but the female answering the phone on February 2, 2026 at 3:08 said “If you wanna know if anything is in the store, you gotta come in and look for it” Thanks super helpful
Terrible service, the assistant behind the counter had to clue what they were doing. You all have to train people or learn to fire people who don't care.
No manager on-site. Unhelpful staff more concerned about being on a personal call. Having an issue and was told to go to another store to handle my issue or answer my questions. Thanks Advance Auto Parts!
Employee at front was on her phone and never looked up from it. Needed a battery tested but apparently that would have interrupted her texting as she let me know they couldn't do that. Went to a different store where my experience was the complete opposite of this one. I will never step into this store again even though it is closer.
