RecommendedI was at the Tillotson Ave. store in Muncie this evening to pick up a part. Well, my starter decided to take a crap on me, and your employees on duty this evening were extremely helpful. I was able to purchase a new starter and replace it there on the lot, with the aid of the stores toolbox that your employee Scotty so graciously allowed me to use. I really appreciate their help. Erica was so helpful for me today, she showed me how to get my air conditioner working and replaced the wiper blade for me, intelligent and knowledgeable on what I needed, it was awesome being treated with so much respect for my health limitations.
Great customer service , changed my wiper blades for free, check my washer fluid, very good experience – greeted me when i walked in with a smile, asked me if they could help , helped me find wiper blades and then asked if he could put them on for me in the rain! you can not find service like that anymore. I will buy all my parts at Advance Auto from now on.
