PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. The Manager, Lealem, left the store for almost an hour with one employee who was new, needed manager approval for most transactions and was overwhelmed. The employee had everyone waiting because he stated his manager disappointed and he had no idea when he was coming back. The manager showed up with a Major attitude and commenced to refuse to service customers with battery installation requests or any questions. He refused to provide a store number or last name for a formal complaint.
Terrible experience. Sold us a bad battery, wouldn’t give us a refund and Rodney B. was condescending and rude. He called me “my dear.” Won’t be going back!
Rodney was a nice gentleman and very patience. Went extra miles to make sure the battery replacement is installed correctly and added some protection measures. GG man.
