Went today to check my battery, the girls working there had no idea what they were doing. I told them I had to get a jump to get there. They told me to turn off my car to test the battery. It said I need a charge. Then I try to start my car, it’s dead. I ask for a jump and they said yes and proceeded to help me, but once it was hooked up she waited like 4 mins and gave up. The store is staffed with inexperienced young help that has zero background in the automotive industry. After waiting over 10 min for an employee banging away on her computer..with no progress...I made the comment I could have already ordered it online. To which the reply was “I don’t get paid enough for attitude”. Actually, I think you’re getting paid way too much. I went to Salvo and had the part in less than 5 minutes. The staff was so helpful! I had been to another store earlier in the day and was told incorrect information. When I went to the store in Gibbstown they not only gave me correct information but went above and beyond helping to rectify it. I know I’ll be going back to Gibbstown for any other auto parts needs.
