Mike, the store manager, went above and beyond this morning with a small issue I had with my Honda CRV. The part I was needing had to be cross-referenced which Mike did patiently and professionally. The part in need was a push rivet to hold the windshield washer reservoir in place. While at the store I attempted to install the push rivet and lost the first of 2 rivets in the package. Only 2 people in the store at the time I went stood there for 3 or 4 minutes got tired of waiting took my busy to auto zone they helped me when I walked in much better service I won't be back but I know employees don't care whether we come back or not hope a manager sees this and HIRES MORE HELP
They didn't have the right size fittings that I needed. O'Reilly's did.
