Past year it seems that the quality of service is in decline. Associates are unprofessional, attitude, rude. I avoid store and drive 5miles further to adv. Auto Heidelberg pa. And or O'Reilly's in Heidelberg awesome customer service!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with Advance Auto Parts. I purchased rotors from them about a year ago that came with a 2-year warranty. They are now cracked, and when I went in to have them replaced under warranty, they flat-out refused. The staff was rude and dismissive about the whole situation. What’s even more frustrating is that earlier this year, I had the exact same issue with a different vehicle, and they honored the warranty without any problems. This store is good. I work for a local shop that spends thousands here a month. James is good and works very hard to make sure the parts are always available and takes care of customers. Parts are quality. This store could use some more employees because they are always short staffed it seems because they have only one commercial worker on the phones.
