Always really friendly and approachable employees at this location. Never once felt like I'm annoying the employees when it comes to product questions/needing advice/returns/etc

Past year it seems that the quality of service is in decline. Associates are unprofessional, attitude, rude. I avoid store and drive 5miles further to adv. Auto Heidelberg pa. And or O'Reilly's in Heidelberg awesome customer service!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with Advance Auto Parts. I purchased rotors from them about a year ago that came with a 2-year warranty. They are now cracked, and when I went in to have them replaced under warranty, they flat-out refused. The staff was rude and dismissive about the whole situation. What’s even more frustrating is that earlier this year, I had the exact same issue with a different vehicle, and they honored the warranty without any problems.
