Its 7:46am and these guys can put cones out in front of the store but not service customers. 2 people already pulled off and I am number 3. Commercial account cant get service at this location.
I went here an hour before they closed trying to return a part that I called ahead of time to make sure I could return it. When I got there she said she would not return it because she couldn't make up that cash in her register before closing. She said I should have made my return in the daytime and she turned me away. I do not have a car. Its hard for me to get places and she was rude about it. No one told me yeah sure you can return stuff unless its 7. Absolute nonsense.
Take your car anywhere else unless you wanna be told off by the rudest auto parts store manager in town. I just needed my battery recharged. AAA boosted it for me and told me to take it here, im just doing what im supposed to because im not a car person. Walked in the store and the manager started barking at me because I didn't know how to take the battery out by myself. I'm not a car person, y'all are. I bought a crankshaft sensor. My mechanic shop realized it was the wrong part. Took the sensor (which still brand new in the box) back to the store on 709 Albright road. And they told me they don't take returns on electronic parts. They SOLD ME the wrong part! it wasn't my fault! They still refuse to give me a refund!!!!! THIS IS WRONG! THE MANAGER WAS NOT IN THE STORE, TOMORROW FOR SURE I'M GOING TO SPEAK TO HIM!!!
