We showed up prior to the posted closing time. The doors were locked, registers had just been counted, manager didnt have the decency to come to the door, waved her hand at us at 8:50pm Thursday June 11, 2026. We had spent hours going to multiple orileys, auto zones, and after finding out thie store had the filter my business's truck needed to get back on the road, we wete denied entry during normal business hours. Not a great experience.
Advance Auto Parts, Heckle Boulevard, Rock Hill SC, has always been my go to store. Customer service and knowledge of the parts is what makes this store impeccable. A tremendous and fantastic team. Kudos
