I was desperately looking for an agency to care for my grandmother who lives in Lake Elsinore, CA. I googled and called so many places. I hired this company to care for my late husband and it was the best decision I have ever made. The caregivers were all lovely knowledgeable and friendly. Management was awesome. The owner takes pride in her clients and Jackie the manager is so attentive even coming out and helping when needed. This company has staffed last minute for me and I can’t be thankful enough for AdvanCare. They stand by their word!!!! This company gave me 100% peace of mind.
The management and the caregivers were great. Very accommodating and always helpful, even with last-minute needs. I actually would give a 4.5 * rating because I only had one small issue with the cancellation policy. But I'm sure it's probably the same policy with every place that provides this service. Anyway, I had the service for over a year until I had to place my husband in an assisted living facility. Thank you to Amy and all the caregivers who have helped me through some tough times.
Lisa found us the perfect place for my mom. She loves it and the people who work there. I would highly recommend Lisa DeLuna to anyone looking for a board and care.
