The guy listened to our back stories and told us we should get separate counseling and separate until we overcome our separate issues and than get back together and go to couples therapy, but followed that up with "but I'll still happily take your money if you want to continue". Total jerk. We went to 2 other therapists before finding one we both liked, and both of the other therapists said this guy was out of line and there was no reason for us to split up our household (and kids) to work on our issues since we weren't viol... read more

Super disappointed. Upon arriving we tried to call the office to let them know we would 10 mins or so late due to traffic however no one answered our call. After arriving to the office we waited atleast 5 minutes before having to knock on a door because the receptionist was missing from the front desk. The gal who finally came to the desk said she would let Kipp Lanning know we were waiting. 20 mins later comes back out and says he was busy and hadn't responded to her. Lani Glasser lied to me about costs of visits. A financial burden for someone far under poverty level. She also lacks skills, interpersonal skills, listen skills. When l find caring and competent therapist working through issues with my experience with Lani. BBB give them 1 star.

I cannot say enough good things about Kipp Lanning and adult span counseling. Lincoln is lucky to have such a gem.
