The APA isn't exactly a public service but what I can say is that ive had 2 different officers. One was promoted, and my most recent was a young lady. Both really did try to help me before things ever made it to violation. Offered me multiple options for recovery. If it wasn't for the apa in mansfield id still be a junkie, or I may be dead. This place is horrible, none of them know what they are doing if you have to deal with them your better off dead cause they will make it to that point and the supervisors don’t care either they just follow thru with whatever they want to do!! GET AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE A JOKE!
Fast, friendly service with a smile! The prices are pretty high, but then again so was I when I first went there.
