Cruel and unusual punishment!! She left fragments of tooth behind after an extraction!! If I could prove it I'd make a complaint with the California state board of Dentistry, and the Medical board, because she isn't just a standard dentist, She's an Oral Surgeon!!
I agree with what many of the other low ratings already stated. This office has very poor customer service. The receptionist and assistants are very rude to the patients. They don’t know how to bill your insurance properly and charge the patients way too much money on the side. They don’t keep detailed records, so they can’t figure out what work they’ve done on you previously. The dentist does not guarantee the work that she does, so you’ll most likely have to go get it fixed properly somewhere else, making your trip(s) ther... read more
Dr. Ohanian really cares for her patients!! She spent so much time answering all my questions and I never felt like I was receiving unnecessary treatments. The office is super clean and they are taking tons of precautions with covid, which I appreciate! The staff especially Ana, is super friendly and caring. Thank you Dr. Ohanian
