Dr. Nightingale is the worst! He’s so busy listening to himself speak he does not listen to the patient. Wrote me a prescription that caused me to swell up like a balloon call the office to let them know the office called me back and told me to take two of them a day instead of one. Plus they had $100 of my money for over a year and didn’t bother to refund me just kept the money until I came back to see the doctor and then they say oh by the way do you have $100 credit. Dr. Clark has been my doctor since 2014. He is very compassionate and understanding and he’s normally proactive. His staff on the other hand are never organized, they are unwilling to answer questions, they are normally misinformed and inaccurate. I have numerous health concerns and have been trying to get into my doctors office for months now with no luck. I've gotten absolutely nowhere, trying to find out how much I'm going to be on the hook for. I've spoken with several different people to include the Dr's office and insurance company. I'm getting nothing but a run-around with no realistic answers.
While watching my mother die in the ICU I called Dr. Nightengale 3 days in a row trying to get him to call in a prescription that I know would help my stomach issues. I knew I had to plan and attend moms funeral. Dr. Nightengale refused to help me unless I made an office visit. Great people skills. Thanks for your sympathy and understanding in my time of great need. I hope people won’t waste their money or time on a doctor that won’t help a person when they are dealing with the loss of their mother. Pitiful!!!!
Dr Volak is a wonderful doctor! Kind, compassionate and a physician I trust completely. However, the nursing staff and follow through is neither responsive or compassionate. Dr Volak did colonoscopy and endoscopy on June 4. He referred me to Advantage MRI for follow up MRI of my pancreas. A few days later I was called by Saint Francis to schedule upper GI and “lower pass through”. Wrong patient!!! Many phone calls later and messages with no response I am still waiting to schedule MRI. Dr. Conkling is a wonderful doctor. He knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a good gastroenterologist doctor. His office staff and nurses are awesome
Dr. Blonski was great but staff is not good. They were to send instructions prior to surgery and never did. Numerous phone calls were either ignored or erroneous information was provided when they did respond
