Dr White has just been an overall rockstar with my leg injury and my depression she listens and she is there to support her clients wouldn't change my primary Dr if she moved so am I
The staff here are great at their jobs.
Idk who is yelling at these front desk employees but every time i call the front desk they are slight rude? I get that it must be hard dealing with people who are often rude, but please consider that there are people who need kindness to feel comfortable starting therapy. Talking to the front desk, especially on the phone, is pretty unpleasant if they're in a bad mood. I would really appreciate a little bit of warmth on the phone.
