Allowed an employee to open a health insurance plan in my name and won't return any of my communications to resolve the fraud - Over a year's worth of my claims with the correct insurer have been affected with no resolution in sight

Unfortunately I was doing work across the street I walk in the lady at the front desk was a sweetheart to try to help me out and then somebody came out rude as can be stated I couldn't use the bathroom to public health considering I'm doing work in the area surrounding the building to make it way nicer for you guys and yeah I can't use your bathroom disrespectful rude and I just don't understand why people have to be like that...

I had an initial phone interview with Ebony Marshall that went great. She gave me her personal phone number and said that she would follow up with me that afternoon to continue with the process. I never heard from her. I followed up twice, a few days after the interview, still no answer. I understand if I didn’t get the job, that’s ok, but don’t lie to me about following up. Really frustrating.

My home base case worker LaSonya argued with me and contradicted everything I said. She lied and claimed I was not willing to take my medicine, even though she was in the same appointment with me with Christy Dixon. Yet Christy's report says I am willing. She looked up the medicine on Google and claimed it was not for anxiety. She claimed it was for itching. I am certain Christy, a psychologist would not prescribe a medication for itching and out on the bottle for anxiety/sleep. She also accused me of being delusional and li... read more
