Dr. Kaye did not listen to me and spoke over me when I tried to explain my symptoms. Then he dismissed my symptoms as in my head. He is inept. To make it worse, he has a student following him. Really, why would St. Luke's want to perpetuate anything this man has to offer? Sad.
Over 1hour wait to be seen by Dr Kay. During the 10min appointment, his phone kept dinging with notifications. He left in a rush and I wouldn’t come here again

Didn't talk to me or explain anything that he was doing or planning to do Sprayed in my nose No clue what was going On Definitely like a doctor that is friendly and explains whats going on and he said maybe 30 words to Me Was my 1st time there and my last And the front desk ladies are just as friendly as Him
Awful experience with Dr. Kaye but the front desk staff was always fabulous. We saw Dr. Kaye for my daughter's ear tube for a year. She had constant drainage and odor from one ear, but he repeated told us it was "normal" and never addressed the tube. After switching providers, we learned there was a granulated tissue growing over the tube. It was removed immediately, and thankfully her hearing wasn't affected. Very disappointed in the lack of proper care.
