If there's anyone planning to come here, it's not worth it. The staffs are friendly and help you out with filing in information, but two of the "professional" counselors there are cold and demeaning. One of them talks too much and is defensive. It felt more than unsafe to disclose anything in that room, and the insults left me confused at the end of the session. Bullying and being self-centered are unprofessional and unacceptable.
I needed to get ahold of my Doctor as the location that I used to make appointments with him has not been answering their phone or returning calls for several days. I kindly asked if this location would send my Doctor an email letting him know I’m trying to reach him and he refused to help me in any way. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused to allow me to speak to a manager. I would like to give Melissa a huge "Shout-Out" for her amazing knowledge she has... Not only did she answer all of my questions,,, she went far and beyond to help me gather resources that I didn't even know about... I believe that Melissa should get "Employee Of The Month" along with her very own parking spot... ARTS Team ,,, ya'll are so lucky to have her on your team!!!
What a joke..I called multiple times for mental health and I kept being put on hold. Outsourced mental health is not acceptable.
