Disappointed. Very poor professionalism and communication by entire staff and providers.
I love my doctor's here , but I don't like Cathy(Kathy) ordering me around like I'm a child and calling security on me because I won't leave, I have a legal and God given right to wait to get my vaccines. I hate it when she won't let me check myself out. She didn't see anything me taking a prescription medication that can kill me because of conditions I quit talking it.
Went in with severe back pain the only thing they recommended was surgery or p.t. what a joke these Dr's are
We love the care we receive at the clinic. My husband and I moved here from Fla. 3yrs ago this Oct. specifically for care for my Endometrial Cancer. I had to 1st establish with Primary before going to Oncology. I had been having blood in my urine before leaving Fla and having worked in Urology knew this was a sign of either kidney stones or bladder cancer. I met with Dr. Adam Schaefer, a Resident.
