New solar panels are a scam. Do not buy them. I got solar panels on my house. When the power goes out the solar panels do nothing we can’t power anything in the house if we lose electricity. The hurricane knocked out our electricity. We haven’t had electricity for three days and the solar panels don’t work. I am absolutely appalled at how RUDE and disgusting their salesmen treated my mother, specifically one named Michael. He was incredibly pushy, and absolutely unsympathetic when my mother asked for more time to consider the solar panels, due to the death of her nephew. He was super nice (of course) up until the point my mother called him and asked for more time due to grieving. I recently purchased a SunPro solar system from Brian Roberson with ADT solar. I had a greater for experience with the sales person. He always followed up on all my calls and questions. I work with Brandy Knighton as my customer advocate Brandy was always professional and I and return all my phone calls any time I had any questions or concerns about my system. I don’t think anyone there knows what they are doing. Starting in March of 2021 until today July of 2022 my panels are still not working losing money every month an honestly they don’t know how to answer phone or call back. Three months behind on paying me back. Failed inspection twice been waiting on pro since March of 2022. That’s good for now could go on an on maybe owner will see this. Totally unhappy costumer.

On one of my homes they owe me 6k plus a 1k utility credit and I have seen nothing and keep getting the run around... On my other home they haven't gotten clearance to operate the system and they owe me 6k and a utility credit on it as well ... It took for ever to get my leaking roof replaced that I contacted in January and it took about 4 months claiming they were waiting on materials for that entire time... I'm already being billed for the system and they have not held up their end of the contract... Very dissatisfied.
