ADT sent out Brett Kusharsky to do the install for the system in our new home and I had a great experience working with him. Easy to talk to, was patient with me even though I was running late and works fast and professionally. You da man, Brett
Canceled my ADT service in 2024 and had equipment removed, yet nearly two years later I was sent to collections for charges I was never notified about. Their system shows zero activity, but they still claim I owe money because I didn’t submit a “written cancellation” something that was never explained to me. No service used, no proper notice, just a surprise collections bill. ADT is choosing to hide behind policy instead of taking accountability for a failed cancellation process. I would like to say that the ADT Rep, Brett Kusharsky, just upgraded my camera system and he was nothing short of amazing! He arrived promptly at 8am, went over all of the options, and once we agreed...He went to work on the installation. He set up my phone and showed me how to work everything. Brett provided excellent customer service! He was very professional, polite, and courteous! Thank you Brett for everything!!
