I have been reporting issues with my ADT security equipment for approximately six months, and the equipment continues to malfunction. Despite multiple service requests, ADT has not repaired or replaced the defective equipment. My ADT service was recently installed and the service provided by the technician was amazing! I admit it did not start out that way. Within the first 10 minutes of his arrival, I was ready to show him back out the door. Unfortunately, the all products and pricing information that I had received from the sales/customer service team was about 80% inaccurate.
