My ADT service was recently installed and the service provided by the technician was amazing! I admit it did not start out that way. Within the first 10 minutes of his arrival, I was ready to show him back out the door. Unfortunately, the all products and pricing information that I had received from the sales/customer service team was about 80% inaccurate.
