DO NOT USE ADT for any security purposes! We were not made aware of any contract when signing up with ADT. Infact we were told it would be an easy cancellation if we ever needed to cancel. Little back story- 2 years ago a random guy comes knocking on our door at 8pm trying to sell us ADT and would not leave without an answer! The deal sounded great so we took it. This is the biggest waste of time n money the customer service SUCKS they r all rude. they make u fix your equipment by yourself one of them tried to make me get on a ladder while i was 6MONTHS PREGNANT to fix a sensor they gave us batteries that were recalled and never told us until i complained numerous times they want to charge OVER $200 jus to pop off a camera and scan it to get it back on my wi-fi this is the most ridiculous company i have ever known i called numerous times with issues and NO ONE helps me ever unless i ... read more

My tech was Sean Wallace. He did an excellent job. He was very polite and a fast worker. My mother’s house is at least 60 years old and he was able to do a fantastic job! He explained everything and answered questions in a way that we both understood.
My technician Sean Wallace was amazing he was upfront and honest. He explained everything so well and showed me how to use my equipment and apps. Very impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. Thanks again for all your help!
