My tech was Sean Wallace. He did an excellent job. He was very polite and a fast worker. My mother’s house is at least 60 years old and he was able to do a fantastic job! He explained everything and answered questions in a way that we both understood.
My technician Sean Wallace was amazing he was upfront and honest. He explained everything so well and showed me how to use my equipment and apps. Very impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. Thanks again for all your help!
PLEASE READ - ADT does not explain that you are entering into a 36 month contract. Once you enter into the contract their service is unreliable, costly if their equipment breaks, their customer service is deplorable. Once they read this review they will post some sort of apology that they simple do not mean.
They will lie and steal your money. I haven’t used their services for over two years. I returned my equipment. After settling a leftover balance of $15, which they said I owed, they now are charging me $7 per month for the last two months for NOTHING. I AM NOT SIGNED UP. I DO NOT USE ADT. This is insane.
