This company and their technicians will plot to put you in a 36 month contract without your knowledge! They will lie and tell you at the time of installation that you are paying a ONE TIME equipment charge of $149 however they will deducted additional charges out your account.. BEWARE.:I’m not pleased with this company or their services ..
I am a customer that can never get someone on the phone for help. The worst customer service literally wait over an hour and have to hang up to get back to work! Hate it!!!
Absolutely the worst. Their cameras didn't even detect the person that came in my yard and broke into my car and stole a $700 gun. Then when I called them to cancel my service so I could get go with a better company they told me it would cost me $1100 to cancel the service. This is absolute insanity and it's criminal to try and make someone pay over a grand to cancel a service that doesn't do what they promise. Will never use this company again. 100% do not recommend.
I have had adt in my business for years its more trouble than its worth I have one zone that keeps going out setting off alarms for no reason I get woke up all times of the night also in the day when business is open alarm not armed there fix is coming down and {after staying on the phone for a hour or so] replacing door sensor and charging $59 this is how panel was left
I recently had a simple, minimal security monitoring system installed. All appeared to be great except for the monitoring app. The technician was unable to set up due to access issues that he determined were not within his responsibility. I was unable to get the problem resolved in a timely manner. When I called to cancel service, I was informed that I could not cancel, because too much time (6 days) had passed since date of installation.
