Never I’m my 25 years of being an ADT customer would I ever be disappointed with this security system! Between their agents that’s disconnect when you’re trying to get help from account management or getting support nobody is helping. My whole alarm system is not working properly they finally sent a support tech 2 days later that came to my home and plugged in my system and left and didn’t thoroughly check the whole system before leaving these workers don’t take pride in their jobs anymore. Worst customer service for ADT Security Services! Spoke with laura/agent and alex/sup, disconnected my service on 5/19 still received a bill, have been a customer for 23 years! They weren’t able to waive charges, this is UNACCEPTABLE! DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Not happy with how I got roped into getting ADT, it was never hooked up properly. I was taken advantage of by this company. Be aware
The customer service is sickening and this company lacks integrity. They are the actual thieves they claim you’ll be protected from- which is a really nasty hypocrisy. I called several times to cancel my service- it is only possible through phone and by business hours and the wait was an hour to talk to anybody every single time. When I finally got in touch with a human being, it was very vague. The guy denied there was cancellation fees and told me my final bill would be sent within 4-6 weeks by mail only.
