Hey ADT, this guy is doing you a huge disservice. He’s cocky and arrogant, likes to sit on people’s porches for 20 minutes after telling him no soliciting, speeds in neighborhoods and doesn’t take no for an answer.
Your company had an employee driving on highway 386 around 6:30-7:00 eastern time on Thursday, September 25th and he drives like an idiot. He was riding right up on me doing 50 in a 45, coming down the overstreet bridge I put my blinker on to turn left and this moron passes me on the side I signaled to turn on, in a double yellow coming down the bridge, then rides parallel to me like he was taunting me or something. Steer clear of this company professionally & personally. The install team will not take care of the issues that will arise if they even show up. Management here is a big mess no leadership people won’t even reply to an email, text or call. Be warned do not use ADT horrible management. They can’t even keep a manager employed for Sales team. No support. High end clients treated badly.
I moved into my home over 2yr ago.. My camera went out and were extremely blurry no fault of my own! I asked for technicians to come out and address the issues. NOTHING WAS RESOLVED Jarrell the ITM manager with ADT was beyond rude to me over the phone.. He hung up the phone and refused to speak with me or give me his supervisor Greg's number.. I’ve had ADT for a few years now. & I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service. Two technicians came out to service my home and their supervisor; Jarrell instructed them to mark the work that had been done as incomplete leaving me without services. I expect someone in a supervisory role to be more helpful and considerate of their clients rather than dismissive and rude.
