Waste of money. Once they have you installed you'll never get help with service issues after that. Salesman told us we would be able to get cameras adjusted at no cost after our remodel. Total lie. And totally unreachable literally the day after install. Wish I would have known was a total time suck and frustration experience this would have been. I will never use them again.
Had ADT and it stucked. Our alarm went off and no one came by to check on us. The police didn't come by and ADT didn't even call to check on us. Won't get it again.
You guys suck
Previous protection one customer since 2010, had great afffordable service with great customer service and technician support for 14 years. ADT has now taken over and nothing but terrible experiences in less than a year. Anytime you call customer service it’s unclear of where you’re calling because they are never clear English speaking. Seems so simple.....I don't want the police dispatched unless they receive a verbal instruction to do so from me. I've had it set up this way for about 30 years and it's never been a problem. Suddenly, they say they can't do this. Makes no sense. But they were sure able to raise their prices like $20 a month. I'll be checking with Simplisafe, because ADT just nade my suck list.
