Came to our house. Told them to leave. They insisted they were not selling anything. They of course were. They also came by the house at 6:30pm when it’s totally dark out and not wearing ADT marked clothing. Just a mess.
Paid for service that did not work for 3 whole years. Nothing I could do. The cameras wouldn't work no matter how many times they trouble shooted. Talked to people everyday to get out, no way out even though I couldn't use it.

I will never get the time back that was wasted on this company. Go with anyone else. Surprises on your monthly bill, a cheap system that’s overpriced, dozens and dozens of repetitive phone calls and waiting in the queue to address the same unresolved issues.. and finally after cancelling and receiving refunds, getting a surprise bill for nearly a grand. Don’t waste your time. Go with anyone else.
