You guys suck
Previous protection one customer since 2010, had great afffordable service with great customer service and technician support for 14 years. ADT has now taken over and nothing but terrible experiences in less than a year. Anytime you call customer service it’s unclear of where you’re calling because they are never clear English speaking. They are not attentive or seem to know what’s going on because of long pauses and confusion as if they’re reading computer prompts. Now to get to the real issue. Seems so simple.....I don't want the police dispatched unless they receive a verbal instruction to do so from me. I've had it set up this way for about 30 years and it's never been a problem. Suddenly, they say they can't do this. Makes no sense. But they were sure able to raise their prices like $20 a month. I'll be checking with Simplisafe, because ADT just nade my suck list.
