Where do I start? Let’s just start February 18, 2025. They double charged me $150. I called him that next day and they told me that they would get me credited back and the person said I’ll take 7 to 10 days well 7 to 10 days later Still have not been refunded my money. One person said all it will take four months to get my $150 refund total BS. Horrible customer service. They want to charge me for a service call fee on something that is malfunctioning with their equipment. I would NOT reccommend. Go with a local security company if all possible.
Angel Ramos from Wichita Kansas branch is quick, very knowledgeable, and communicates the services and products very well. Give this guy a raise!
If I could leave a 0 start review I would. Their salesmen overpromise on what they are able to do with contracts and then once you are in it you never hear from them again or even get follow up from someone else from the company for support. The salesman I worked with completely fell through on a fundamental level. 0/10 I do not recommend.
Worst company ever. They have an agenda to follow, and the customer is not part of it. Providing services with contracts because they suck at it
