So my experience with adt has been terrible, when the alarm went off a couple of times all I received was a text....this is not the way a service should be ran. After paying for this service that I barely used I called to cancel my service and a foreign lady answered and would not take no for an answer about keeping my service. ADT Safe Haven has now sent representatives to our house for the FIFTH time despite us repeatedly making it clear that we are not interested. During the most recent visit, I asked the representative whether he was with ADT. He hesitated for a solid 10 seconds trying to frame it as him being “with Safe Haven” instead. His clipboard had a giant ADT logo on it as well as his badge. Came to our house. Told them to leave. They insisted they were not selling anything. They of course were. They also came by the house at 6:30pm when it’s totally dark out and not wearing ADT marked clothing. Just a mess.
Paid for service that did not work for 3 whole years. Nothing I could do. The cameras wouldn't work no matter how many times they trouble shooted. Talked to people everyday to get out, no way out even though I couldn't use it.
