Nathaniel Graham came out to our house to explain the system and install it. He did a fantastic job! He was here the entire day to ensure everything was installed correctly and that I had a good understanding of everything. I highly recommend!
They lie and lock you in a contract that after saying there is no contract. Then they tell you all you need to do to is pay the equipment off and you will be free of any other charges. Then start charging your for monitoring even though the equipment is not even set up on the home or attached still in the original boxes. So what are you monitoring exactly? Nathanial did a fantastic job installing my system. He was very helpful & knowledgeable. Not to mention patient because I’m not tech savvy. He took the extra time to show me everything more than a few times and I greatly appreciated it.
