Would give zero stars if that was an option. They lie and make you pay thousands at installation and say its because you won't have to fix anything yourself and then you end up being the one to fix it. When their sensors go bad they want to charge you to replace it. When its their faulty equipment. It takes 10+ calls and endless amounts of time on the phone with people that don't speak English to try to get something done, or if they do speak English they will just transfer you to someone else who will just hang up on you. They gave me a big run around to cancel service at my current residence, not knowing that I would have picked them back up after my new home was built. Then charged me for an extra month of service after cancellation. I’m going with Vivint at my new place now, and would recommend everyone else to do the same. Fantastic customer service
Cancelled service august 16th of 2021 from bad customer service for a repair to non working system. They started rebilling me november of 2021 at a promotional rate. I just canceled the card today after paying for several months to stop it. I may have came back after my vivant contract was up in 3 years, not now. Was an adt customer for 9 years. They started all this over 70 dollars and will never earn my business back.
