Been using them for nearly 6 years at our business in Knoxville Tn. We had a battery run low on a motion sensor. I called to have it replaced. They told me they would sell me a $3 cr123 battery for $27 and to watch a Youtube video for DIY installation. I am over 60 with arthritis on my feet, while changing the battery I fell off the ladder and broke the base on the sensor. Tanner Elwood was extremely friendly and very helpful and did a absolutely terrific job Would highly recommend.
We live in a newly built neighborhood and we have had people from this company ringing the doorbell/knocking on the door two different times despite our very clear No Soliciting sign. The first time, the guy kept being pushy after multiple times of my husband saying “no, thank you”. Second time, which was today, I was in the middle of my work day in the middle of a call and the guy rang the doorbell/knocked on the door which made my dog bark like crazy interrupting my work. Absolutely a total nightmare with this company!!! ADT sold me a system for $2,300 a Google system. I paid $750 to have a flood light installed by an electrician. I've had the system since April 26th. 2025 is now May 16th 2025 and the system still is not working. They have hung up on me. Disconnected me. Left me on hold for hours and hours. They absolutely ignore you after they get your money and I did not finance a system. I paid for it up front my first mistake.
