Do NOT get ADT. The service is horrible. The service never works. It’s down everyday. Doesn’t work with Android or IPhone. Counting down days until the contract is up to discontinue service. Worst Security System EVER.
This is the worst company, save your money and especially stress and stay away from them. They have a tech named Danny and if he has to do his job he throws a tantrum and leaves. Good luck getting these people to do anything they say, go with anyone but these clowns.
Due to their gross negligence and incompetence - my info was part of the data breach. Spoke to customer service and they didn’t care. As a Company, no attempt to apologize, make things right or protect the consumer. Go with another company and DO NOT trust a company that cannot keep your personal information safe!!!
The worst company ever !!! I call in to make my payments and they never take the funds out making me behind on every payment .. the camera systems sucks i can no longer see previous video footage … They act like they can never see my account information when i call in .. definitely canceling tomorrow and moving on … PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH ADT such a waste of time and money !!!!!!!!
