Horrible company! I have never been able to get their equipment to work correctly. I have notified them in the past of this issue, however since they now have IA answering their phones and monitoring their chat online I can't even get to a real person to screw up. Now I get put on hold by a machine for 20 plus minutes until it hangs up on me, this has happened 3 times today alone. I can't wait to be able to get out of this contract!
Was fitted with a legacy system when I asked if it is the latest equipment I was lied to. I keep fighting to pay my bill because on their website when click the link to pay I have to try multiple times due to server cannot be reached error. I tried to cancel and they told me it would be $1,800. I cannot wait to remove this system and find a service that is not a hassle.
I do not recommend using their service, they will lie to their customers about what is being sold to them. I do not recommend even trusting their employees.
The saleswoman was soooo pushy. I politely asked her so many times to not ask for my card information but she kept pushing. She was nice enough but the voice affectations were hard to not feel some kind of way about.
