They suck
Am really disappointed in ADT, have 2 alarm systems i have been paying for 10 years. Had a service call today and they indicated I need a battery for my second system. They said they dont carry the part. Of course Amazon has multiple vendors. I will be looking for other options . After spending 2 hours trouble shooting my system and waiting 5 hours for a technician to show up am done with the sad support.
When we got our new home, the builder had a contract with ADT to provide service for a set price as long as we owned the home and did not cancel our service. Well that was a lie and our price went up every year and they denied ever doing that even though our other neighbors still had their locked price. Then last night while changing the batteries in the detectors, ADT called and asked if everything was ok.
