Customer service is horrible and they find ever reason to charge you more….lie and say you’re under contract. Do not give into them!
Love it or hate it, they have you by the contract. Get an alert for a broken windows. Then get an ai ro o call that most annoyingly says nothing and hangs up after 14 seconds. This happens a couple of times. What are you monitoring for this price?
About 5 months in my cameras stopped working and a month later all my stuff in the house stopped working I called ADT they said I'd have to pay a 500 dollar fee if I wanted the stuff to work again. And if I wanted them to remove everything from the house and cancel services I'd have to pay 1600$ frankly this is rediculous they want me to pay for a service that stopped working partway through. I would not in good faith ever recommend this service to anyone. I hope people also read this before getting bullied into the service ... read more
Horrible! They quoted me one price on the phone then when the tech arrived he quoted more than 8 times the original amount. I told them no way then it went back and forth until the district manager ultimately met the original price. But the kicker was I had to have the equipment installed right then and now or deal was off the table. It was a Friday evening at 6pm and was advised by the tech it would take at least 3 hours or more to install.
