After reading these reviews, I would never call this company.
They did not complete setting up my residential system. For they return visit to complete the work, ADT rescheduled 5 separate times. They didn’t even bother to call, they simply sent emails changing dates and times. If they don’t show on the next scheduled time, I will remove everything installed, and return it.
Absolutely the worst.
Been using them for nearly 6 years at our business in Knoxville Tn. We had a battery run low on a motion sensor. I called to have it replaced. They told me they would sell me a $3 cr123 battery for $27 and to watch a Youtube video for DIY installation. I am over 60 with arthritis on my feet, while changing the battery I fell off the ladder and broke the base on the sensor.
