The worst company ever !!! I call in to make my payments and they never take the funds out making me behind on every payment .. the camera systems sucks i can no longer see previous video footage … They act like they can never see my account information when i call in .. definitely canceling tomorrow and moving on … PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH ADT such a waste of time and money !!!!!!!!
I called and got a estimate the lady that I talked to was very friendly and kind explained everything to me and even help lower it. I really enjoyed how she explained it and help to lower price and enjoyed the friendly talk. It made my day talking bout god and family. I can't remember her name. But I know god will bless her for being so friendly and so courtesy and know how doing job. Can't wait to get my service started for protection of my home.
I have tried on numerous occasions to pay my bill with no luck. My credit/debit card was compromised and I chose not to use another card. They refuse to take my banking information to use as payment. They repeatedly email me a link to be able to use e-check. Unfortunately the link will never work. They are extremely RUDE.
Have had ADT for 7+ years. As long as my home security system is working well, everything is great. However, dealing with Customer Service is extremely frustrating. It is difficult to get to speak to an actual customer service representative who can resolve issues. Have invested too much into the ADT equipment, or would otherwise find a more user friendly security company.
Overpriced company, every few months they always go up on your bill. I have been a dedicated customer for over 20 years, and I'm now looking for another Alarm Company. ADT does absolutely nothing and is constantly increasing my monthly bill.
