System doesnt work , dint want you to cancel. Worst company ever. I will kne star review every single ADT PLACE in the country !
Avoid at all cost. Sells rep lied about the contract and the cancellation timeframe. Horrible service calling over the phone to get anything resolved.
Terrible experience, never installed our flood cameras that we paid for and the electrician fee that we paid, they keep sending out a technician when an electrician needs to come and refuse to give me my money back.
I would give a ZERO star if I could for this ADT service. I have them installed one day 1 (24 hrs) then I decided to go with eufy instead because I dont like the service. So on day 2 which is around 36 hrs after installation, I called them to disconnect everything and remove the service which they said to be free of charge. Now it is 3 months later and after at least 10 calls and hours of waiting on the phone, the account is still not cleared out and they continue to charge me and bothering me even I didn't use their service... read more
Vivint Is Easily Superior. ADT has subpar product and even worse customer service (Looking at you Kevin and Randy). Employees unfortunately forced to screw over customers to make the executives money. This is reflected in the quality of service 100%. Please dont waste your time with this company. ViVint is vastly superior. As they care about customer experience. ADT focuses on getting your $$$$
