I would give a ZERO star if I could for this ADT service. I have them installed one day 1 (24 hrs) then I decided to go with eufy instead because I dont like the service. So on day 2 which is around 36 hrs after installation, I called them to disconnect everything and remove the service which they said to be free of charge. Now it is 3 months later and after at least 10 calls and hours of waiting on the phone, the account is still not cleared out and they continue to charge me and bothering me even I didn't use their service... read more
Vivint Is Easily Superior. ADT has subpar product and even worse customer service (Looking at you Kevin and Randy). Employees unfortunately forced to screw over customers to make the executives money. This is reflected in the quality of service 100%. Please dont waste your time with this company. ViVint is vastly superior. As they care about customer experience. ADT focuses on getting your $$$$
Pésimo servicio en esta compañía mi alarma y mi camara dejaron de funcionar hace aproximadamente 3 meses llame para que vinieran a arreglar mi problema y no he recibido ayuda alguna y aun asi me siguen cobrando por absolutamente nada he enviado correos para hacer la cancelación de el servicio y tampoco he recibido respuesta
Beware what you sign! The sales person tells you one thing and the contract says something else. The shadiest company in the world!
Bad customer service that I would not recommend to anyone. We have been in contract for over 4 years and every time we called in for help it would take couples calls to reach account managers. We requested to cancel and they tried to offer better deals to keep us stay. The part they offered one month free for us to think about it but yesterday they charged us the monthly fee. We called in to cancel and they still wanted to charge another month. Hopefully ppl will not have bad service like we did.
