BEWARE worst company ever do not use this service they lie about your contract I have the original contract via email for a year and when I went to cancel 3 months before my 12 months was up due to moving they went and edited my contract and lied and said I did 3 years!!! They kept pulling from my bank for 800 bucks and monthly services it’s insane after I cancelled auto pay and services in may . Highly disappointed!!!! It took me 3 weeks to not receive what I was supposed to receive in 3 days. Then another 2 weeks to get my money back after having to demand it. Very unprofessional.
Deceptive practices
DO NOT sign up for service with this company. Believe the negative reviews, don’t be like us! Worst experience I’ve ever had with a home security company! Not worth the money whatsoever. I was completely scammed, considering what I paid for service. Now, I’m locked in!
