Attempted to cancel monitoring due to ineffective system, was shuffled around and finally set up appt to install new system after hours on the phone with them. No show for the appt or follow up call, etc. Don’t waste your time.
Horrible services. I tried several times after my husband died, whose name is on the account, to cancel services. I tried by mail, website, “chat”, and by phone , all within 2 months time. When it was finally cancelled, I received a bill. I then talked to a billing agent who informed me that you must cancel within 30 days and I must pay the bill. I would not recommend ADT to anyone.
Terrible experience, scammed us into paying more, never installed flood cameras that we paid for an electrician fee that we already paid, won’t give me my money back or give me any information about talking to management
Spent thousands on a new system for the house and they never explained anything about a clip limit. It also fills up completely with recordings of my pets in my back yard. Be careful using them as its horrible. I had them for 5 years no issues until I moved and they added clip limits and everything went downhill. They also now are charging me 1.3k to cancel the contract because I only get a few days of use before it fills up my monthly limit.
