This company is nothing but scam artists. I bought a house with an ADT system active, called to remove previous owner access they demanded i put it in my name to cancel it. Next month they bill me again. I call to cancel as a single dad this is a non essential expense I cannot waste, they tell me they started a contract and it will be $1200 to stop service on an account I asked closed for equipment already on my home...I hope this business goes under and everyone is fired cause they are heartless scam artists. The woman answering the phone were very aggressive and unprofessional. The interaction lacked basic customer service skills and made for a frustrating experience. Based on this, I would not recommend this company!
The technician Josh was overly helpful and relentless when it came to getting my security, armed and running. Never have I dealt with a technician that was as knowledgeable and caring as Josh! I thank God for him sending Josh here and getting all this done. Josh deserves a pay raise. He’s a great wonderful guy! To God be the glory
