I actually don’t know if my ADT review is site specific - but I can sure as hell say it’s ADT specific. Their customer service is the absolute worst service I have ever received. They charged me a labor fee for a 12 min visit without ever telling me - When I called to get a refund, the first person I spoke to sounded drunk. he couldn’t form one cohesive thought. the second person I spoke to passed the buck and told me to call a different number. Last night, a few minutes after 9 P.M., I heard my security system alarm. At the time, I was sitting outside in the courtyard enjoying a lovely, cool night. Using my phone I could see well enough with the help of a few outdoor lights and a streetlight on the corner. Horrible customer service - Cancelled in July to move in August - NO cancel on record - Continued to charge my account - Called today and will have to be charged again in October due to 30 day notice NOT on file yet moved out 8/29!!! Complete theft of small business funds!
I will be changing company very disappointed with the service. My garage camera is always offline. Everytime I go on my phone to check the recodingd it's always unavailable and it's been like this since last year. Every service person they send out is incompetent. It's either I need and extender or something else. The sales person should of known about weak signal when he was installing the system. It's awful 😖. I'm doing research to find a better security company because ADT is absolutely not the only one out there.
