The woman answering the phone were very aggressive and unprofessional. The interaction lacked basic customer service skills and made for a frustrating experience. Based on this, I would not recommend this company!
The technician Josh was overly helpful and relentless when it came to getting my security, armed and running. Never have I dealt with a technician that was as knowledgeable and caring as Josh! I thank God for him sending Josh here and getting all this done. Josh deserves a pay raise. He’s a great wonderful guy! To God be the glory
