I was thinking about giving ADT another try but when I thought about what I went through with them in my last house. I’ll save my stress for something else. I’ll go with ring. Ring is cheaper and they never disappointed. They have a DiY kit anyone can do it. ADT are for the older folks who care least about the service.
Very misleading. After I signed a contract for 27.99 a month, they are charging me 51.00 a month. The alarm stopped working and they want to charge me for a technician to come check the system. I just switched to Adt end of November and I am not happy with the service
Do not go with ADT I sold my home in Spring Texas and I asked if I should take my old equipment and they told me no to just leave it. That they would provide me with new equipment in new home in Humble. Even though I was still paying for old system in Spring they said don’t worry we’ll take care of it. Just moved into our home that has 8 cameras through ring. Have a perfect security system. They will not stop coming to my house and harassing us. Guy came to my house a second time in one day, watched him at my door, he kept shaking his head and then looked at my american flag and shook his head, then walked down the driveway and shook his head. Not really sure what he was trying to get at there. Very rude when I told him to leave the first time. I have a perfectly assembled camera system.
