Won’t cancel my service after 3 year contract. Battling out with credit card company now. Called 3 times they say cancelled but keep charging my card. Big scammers and $69 a month for basic monitoring.

We have ADT for our home security system and have been a customer for 22 years. Every time we have any issues or problem and call the customer service we have to stay on line for over 20 minutes, then have to wait longer to get transferred to the right department. The wait time to schedule with a technician to come to the site to fix an issue is over a week. Very bad, once you sign the contract you can't cancel it and they will harass you every day
Horrible services! And when I tried to reach out to David who had literally told me to reach out to him with any issues, my messages were ignored. Tried cancelling and all of a sudden, nobody works for the company.
