Do not get this service if the Sales technician Jaime Rico tells you its only for one year because he is lying. Always read your contract people. The whole systems sucks and is sub par....not worth 70$ a month.
I was a customer for 21yrs with Protection One then ADT bought them and they are the worse company ever, Stay away from them
Won’t cancel my service after 3 year contract. Battling out with credit card company now. Called 3 times they say cancelled but keep charging my card. Big scammers and $69 a month for basic monitoring.

We have ADT for our home security system and have been a customer for 22 years. Every time we have any issues or problem and call the customer service we have to stay on line for over 20 minutes, then have to wait longer to get transferred to the right department. The wait time to schedule with a technician to come to the site to fix an issue is over a week.
