If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company completed scammed into getting their services and did not tell me I was liable to pay for 24 months and if I canceled, it would cost me $500. I asked the guy setting up my services if this was a 2 year contract and he said no, I could cancel at anytime. I feel absolutely disgusted with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
Do not get this service if the Sales technician Jaime Rico tells you its only for one year because he is lying. Always read your contract people. The whole systems sucks and is sub par....not worth 70$ a month.
I was a customer for 21yrs with Protection One then ADT bought them and they are the worse company ever, Stay away from them
Won’t cancel my service after 3 year contract. Battling out with credit card company now. Called 3 times they say cancelled but keep charging my card. Big scammers and $69 a month for basic monitoring.
