I have taken all 4 of my vehicles at this Midas for years. They are always professional & keep my cars in great condition.
I took my car into to get an estimate for a muffler. I am a well dress white female that drives a luxury car and for this, they thought they could try and sell a bunch of crap to me that I don't need. They quoted me 520 dollars but would not tell me the costs for parts and labor. Think twice about going to this location. I proceeded to go to a local mom and pop place the following day and 220 later my car is quiet. So Midas on page is a Shady location and shady shop.

Went in for an oil change. Asked to use a coupon for $7 off and the guy behind the counter said sure. But then he mentioned a buy one get one free promotion which would save me $33 instead of the $7 I was planning on. Thought they did a good job with the oil change, were friendly, and quick about the work.
Fully unprofessional experience with and misrepresentation by owner of this location, during oil change visit. Unfortunately, the prior positive reviews do not appear to be the typical experience at this location. Please do not waste your time here. I informed the technician that I was using a mass-mailing coupon for an oil change, prior to the beginning of the service, and reviewed the services covered by the coupon (tire rotation, etc). quick and quality service at a low cost
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - Called them up and told them I had a part I needed put on my car. They said no problem. I asked what the shop hourly rate was and was told $98/hour. My wife took the car in while I was at work. They charged us for 2 1/2 hours work but only took 1 1/2 hours to do the job. We were told that they have a book that told them it would take 2 1/2 hours so they would bill us for that amount of time even though it only took 1 1/2 hours. This place was joke.. owner was a prick. i have a very simple gmc pick up truck. mufflers were shot. wanted to replace it all.. waited just under 2 hours at that place.. then i realized there is not many people here. why am i waiting?? only thing i can come up with. is the prick owner didnt want to do my truck. witch is fine.. ill give someone else my money.. could at lease tell me. place is joke. go find a real shop. dont waste your time here
These guys have truly taken care if me and my vehicles. I only trust them for all of my auto service needs: bumper to bumper they cover it all. Usually they can get you right in and services are 100% top notch-thanks guys!
