This started at the Midas in Olathe. We brought our car in for an oil leak, brakes and overall inspection in August. When we got it back the oil was still leaking, breaks squeaked, and parts were missing and some held together with zip ties and duct tape. We brought it back two more times. We then brought it to the Overland Park store. One time, they broke our windshield. very nice people there i felt very welcome and cared about. They fixed my car and even gave me a ride home with my kids so i didn't have to wait. Offered a lifetime warranty fro my parts and gave me a reasonable price. Thank you Candi and Tim at Midas
Stay away if you care about your safety!! We paid to have 4 snow tires put on and oil changed. We drove away and the car was shaking violently. Had to turn around and go back - Patrick the "manager" refused to stay open past 5:00pm to help us. He conveniently "ran out of" wheel weights so he couldn't re-balance for us. He actually suggested we to the tire place down the street, because they were open until 7:00. So we had no choice. The store was very clean.the work's worked together and maxe a good team very hard working team the manager kenneth faraone was very friendly helpful and .the works know what they are doing at the arnold store any time my car needs work done you bit ill be taking it back to arnols midas good job guys.
