Took my car there for servicing. They backed another customer's car into mine. They would not admit fault or provide insurance information. I was treated very rudely. Sorry I went there.

From the moment that I walked in I was warmly greeted by the store manager Daniel and Rob. I came in for just an oil change and just a good look over my vehicle. Took my 2009 Expedition to Midas in Cheyenne, WY, They did not tighten the oil plug. Lost the majority of the oil out of the engine. Had to (on a Sunday) get a shop to look at it so that I could make it home. Took it too my home Repair Shop here in Cheyenne. Compression in the engine was not where it was supposed to be. Called Midas, they asked that I take it down to them. We couldn't have had a better experience! After our journey down the Alaska Hwy. we had terribly loud rear breaks. Thinking we needed them replace, we made an appointment here. Nick, the owner, showed us that our brakes were indeed in good shape. He had them cleaned and oiled. Then the shop and the entire neighborhood lost power. Our car was stranded on the lift for hours. When power came back, Nick sent us on our way at no charge, and then contacted us the next day to make sure everything was okay.

Price seemed high. Basic 90 day muffler (cheap as they come muffler) with tail pipe was 314.00.

I been taking my cars to midas the last 3 years. the last 3 times I had to take my vehicle back for simple things like i Got my radiator flushed and the correct amount was not put in. coolant light came on.. I go in to get a simple oil change and tire rotation... I get in my car and in violently swerves to the right, and I am still in the parking lot. I go down the street, turn around.. This place goes through "managers" at a high rate which suggests the pressure from above to generate sales must be too stressful; their using unscrupulous sales devices and up-selling is the reason I stopped going. In any case, whenever I have gone here over the five or six years I have lived here, sometimes I have had good work done other times it's been really terrifically bad and no resolution when trying to make it right.
