If Dr. Haughton was a male doctor there would not be comments like "she is not empathetic" or she does not have a nice "bedside manner..." Dr. Haughton is a PROFESSIONAL. She knows her worth and she knows her skill. I had an appointment with her today. No long wait. She explained in detail what I would need to do to make this procedure work in my favor and when she would approve the procedure. She also looked up a very expensive med that I was on - and found the same ingredient in an OTC for a fraction of the cost that I was... read more

Dr. Haughton is phenomenal. She is intelligent, caring and truly eased my worries. I have hair loss in two patches. Dr. Haughton gave me all my options. She is treating me with medication, ointments and PRP. I am happy to report the itching is all gone! I am now just waiting for the hair to come back. This has been a very hard situation, but having Dr. Haughton as my doctor through it has made all the difference.

Dr. Haughton has been a life saver for my daughter's acne. She started treating her with antibiotics, but quickly determined that she would highly recommend Accutane in order to kick it out of her system quickly and effectively. My daughter was very apprehensive, so we kept putting it off. However, she eventually agreed to give Accutane a shot and she was completely cleared in less than six months. I will be forever grateful for Dr. Haughton's care and would highly recommend her for treatment.

She removed something from my thigh, but did not treat the wound with either a topical or oral antibiotic. She knew I have lymphedema and this is a must for aftercare. I developed a massive infection that caused a DVT and a PE on that side of my body. I also developed AFIB. I have been suffering ever since

Dr. Haughton is pleasant but was in over her head in dealing with my medical problem. After 6 weeks of lots of pain and zero healing I went elsewhere. The new dermatologist scratched his head over the procedure that was done. It had to be "undone," i.e., I had to be cut again, antibiotics administered directly into the site plus a steroid injection to quiet it all down. It will take another 6 weeks of treatment to clear up the mess and heal. Not a good experience on any level.

Dr. Haughton was extremely professional and courteous during the visit. She was knowledgeable and informative. She made me feel at ease, and was pleasant and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family. Office staff was professional and everything occurred on time. Overall very pleasant experience.

Dr Haughton probably had the worst bedside manor I have ever seen on a doctor. She didn't know if I had poison ivy or an allergic reaction to a new medication I was on (even know I had dime sized welts/hives all over, and was waking each morning with my throat closed) or having a reaction to something else. I needed a shot, I was in distress. She did a very expensive biopsy in office, gave me a cream and sent me on my way. One more day without steroids & I would have ended in ER or dead.

I wish she was a little more empathetic when giving me my diagnosis. I felt a little intimidated to ask questions and felt rushed by her. Overall she is pleasant but patient relation could be better.
