I have tried different Adrienne’s locations multiple times and have never had a satisfactory experience. The cakes and doughnuts are always dry and bland. I thought maybe it was just the cheaper items that were lacking, but I bought tiramisu on my birthday and ended up throwing it away, it was so bad. Very disappointing considering the price, but my family had a good laugh at how terrible it was after the sales lady built up how great and fresh the cakes were. No Community Support! Neglect employee needs & Safety Precautions + main dangers of poor food hygiene. Failing to wash your hands before you prepare food, preparing food on dirty surfaces or cross-contamination between cooked and raw meat could cause food poisoning which could leave you suffering from vomiting, diarrhoea and fever.
Owner is racist. Cakes & cookies are dryer than the Sahara desert. That’s all.
Get a new owner and a moister cupcake recipe.

I ordered a cake but when I got home and opened the box, all I had was a side of racism. Will not order again. 😤 Even though I've never really been to this shop, (and I'm sure it was a dream to open it), your dismissive privilege got in the way of your dream.
