She is listing a property at 108 Via de Casas Norte (Tradewinds, Dos Lagos). The whole community of Tradewinds Dos Lagos (Via de Casas Norte) has polybutelene pipes.. Mine just started leaking. I have to do whole repipe. Insurance companies do not cover polybutrlene. It has to be disclosed by the seller. My neighbor did a repipe before move in. I will have to suffer through be a repipe while living in it.
