Adrianne worked with me on my new home purchase in Delray Beach. She is extremely knowledgeable of all the neighborhoods, been in the market for many years, always answers calls and texts and fights for her clients. She is listing a property at 108 Via de Casas Norte (Tradewinds, Dos Lagos). The whole community of Tradewinds Dos Lagos (Via de Casas Norte) has polybutelene pipes.. Mine just started leaking. I have to do whole repipe. Insurance companies do not cover polybutrlene. It has to be disclosed by the seller. My neighbor did a repipe before move in. I will have to suffer through be a repipe while living in it.
