RecommendedAdrianna was not only a GREAT neighbor but an AMAZING realtor when we chose to start looking for our home around this time last year... our wants and needs changed (of course) throughout the search but she was always there to listen and refine and update the search until we found our perfect house in Historic South Atlanta! My review isn't going to do Adrianna's expertise, professionalism, thoughtfulness, personality, and competence justice. I had to pull together a very quick move from Colorado to Atlanta, and did not have the time to research neighborhoods for rentals. Adri is an incredible realtor! Within 48 hours of my house being on the market we had 8 offers and a bidding war on our hands. I'm so thankful I listened to her advice and had the house appraised prior to listing. The location in East Atlanta had comps all over the board and the appraisal helped us set a competitive listing price.
