I've been back and forth, trying to figure out whether I should give this review, but I am just blown away with how this particular situation was handled for me and to be honest, I never leave negative reviews. However, My card linked to their system, essentially charging three services to my account that were not for me. The gal that helped me apologized, but it took over a week for the charges to be reversed on the two most recent charges and it over-drafted my account. Excellent salon! Best cut and color I've received in years. The staff is always professional and friendly. I highly recommend giving them a try.
Erin did my hair, I got highlights and a haircut. She did a great job!
I was so happy here. And for the first time nervous of course - long haired girl need to do some serious change, cut down her hair to minimum. And the staff really did amazing job. From beast they have made beauty from me ��� I hope one day I'll come back here ���
